Statement from State Rep. Candidate Ronnie Glynn on Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v. Wade

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn.ー Today’s Supreme Court decision is a step backward for personal liberty for women and their economic independence. Each pregnancy is different and everyone’s circumstances are unique, which is why women should be trusted to make the decision that is best for their situation, without the interference of politicians.

Republicans support taking away the ability of women to control their own bodies and lives and want to turn that power over to politicians.

Even worse, these same politicians have made it more difficult to provide a safety net for the women and children most in need.  Where does it stop?
